Shipping & Returns

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We dispatch orders every morning between 07:30 and 10:00 Monday to Friday. We generally expect North Island deliveries to arrive within 2-3 business days or South Island deliveries to arrive within 1-2 business days. Live rural? You should expect an extra few days for your parcel to arrive.

International orders can take around 15 business days depending on your location and local service offering.

We shop online too and know what it's like to be waiting in excitement, so we do our absolute best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible!

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS $149+
If you're supporting us we'll support you. Any orders totalling $149 or more will be shipped for free and to the same time expectations as above. Our Free Shipping policy applies to all standard New Zealand based orders. Urgent or international shipments are excluded. Rural delivery orders have a small surcharge.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We're an NZ-owned business and ship orders from our shop in Waltham, Christchurch. Domestic orders are shipped using Aramex or NZ Post depending on the parcel location and size. International orders are shipped using NZ Post. As soon as we have prepared your order you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the status of your parcel. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We take our obligations seriously and do whatever we need to under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you buy something that is faulty we will repair, replace or refund that item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases once received, however if you do change your mind and send back an unopened item to us within 7 days of receipt we will generate a store credit so you can exchange it for something else! Returns can be sent to 29 Stevens Street, Waltham, Christchurch 8011.
