Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
CHANGE OF MIND/ERRORS
Unfortunately, we do not offer any form of a refund on the basis of a change of mind purchase or any purchase you have made in error. If you are unsure if the product you are purchasing is fit for your purpose please contact our team first before committing to a purchase.
If you have made a change of mind and goods are unopened we can offer an exchange upon return of the item/s, within 7 days of receipt. The exchange is processed in the form of store credit. The cost of returning the goods falls on the recipient. In any case, where we look at accepting a return that is not in relation to the CGA - products must be unopened and unused. For liquid products, the sealed caps must still be intact. To complete any return, refund or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

FAULTY GOODS
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. United Car Care Ltd abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 & Fair Trading Act 1986 for any faulty or damaged items.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by United Car Care Ltd. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the retailer has the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
FAIR TRADING ACT 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in-store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL
