Constructed from a high-quality 70:30 blend of polyester and polyamide, it offers the optimal ratio for safe contact with delicate surfaces. Most wash mitts use lower-grade 80:20 blends, but Fireball’s higher polyamide content ensures superior softness and reduced risk of micro-marring. The long-pile microfiber fibres lift and trap dirt efficiently, while retaining generous amounts of shampoo solution for maximum lubrication.

Inside, a thick sponge core enhances absorbency and cushioning—allowing the mitt to hold more soapy water and distribute hand pressure evenly across the surface. This helps prevent swirl marks and ensures consistent contact, even on curved or vertical panels.

A central internal seam separates the fingers for improved grip and control, preventing the mitt from shifting during use. It’s also easy to clean—dirt releases quickly when rinsed or run down a mitt slide, reducing the chance of reintroducing contaminants to the paintwork.
