The DAS6 PRO V2 is a dual-action, variable speed polisher for vehicle paintwork which removes swirls, scratches and oxidation. The V2 is our 2021 version and has the same reliable 900W motor and 8mm orbit, but with more durable NSK bearings, better counterweight balance and a more ergonomic design to provide an even better DAS6 to what we have previously provided in the New Zealand market since 2016.
This machine is one of the easiest machines to use on the market and provides amazing value for money. Suitable for hobbyists, this dual-action machine ensures a level of safety that reduces the chance of paint burn, causing swirl marks or encountering the other issues traditional rotary polishing machines can cause. It is definitely worth a try,does the job and Just a little bit loud Comparing with Rupes buffer,but this is what you pay for half price of rupes!

For the money ($350 at time of writing), it is plenty for a hobby detailer / weekend warrior. It doesn't quite the ergonomics or the finesse of the Rupes machines but that is ultimately what you pay for. Having only used RUPES' offerings, I wasn't sure whether I would be disappointed by the DAS6 PRO (v2 2021) but rest assured, I am very happy with what this machine can do and with the money you save here, you have more to buy polishing pads. It is a forgiving machine and may feel heavy to some users, so be warned it can be a work out. However, the results you can achieve are remarkable. I used the DAS6 to show someone how to use a DA polisher for the first time, and they picked it up and were able to produce great results in less than an hour. There is no slow start on this machine but it is a minor ****** in the scheme of things. A++ would recommend to anyone who wants to dabble in machine polishing.
